NIOC Texas delivers information warfare capabilities to supported numbered fleets by performing Fleet Information Operations Center (FIOC) functions. We provide and deploy, trained cryptologic warfare officers and enlisted personnel, expertise, and equipment to support signals intelligence (SIGINT), information operations (IO), and cyber operations for naval, air, surface, sub-surface, expeditionary, joint and Department of Defense (DoD) forces.
