Welcome 

Welcome to Navy Information Operational Detachment (NIOD) Groton! We perform fleet electronic support through equipment installation, cyber certification and deployment of highly trained information warfare personnel in direct support of U.S. submarine operations. 

NIOD Groton reports directly to Navy Information Operational Command (NIOC) Georgia and aligns administratively under Commander, Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR), while also aligning operationally under U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/U.S. 10th Fleet.
