CTICM(IW/AW/NAC) Jody L. Davis, a native of Wisconsin, joined the United States Navy in November 1995, and attended basic training at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Ill.  Upon completion of boot camp, she attended Cryptologic Technician Interpretive “A” school, graduating from the Modern Standard Arabic course at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, Calif.  This was followed by CTI “C” School at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo, Texas, and numerous schools in the aircrew pipeline before reporting to her first duty station in March 1998. 
 
Master Chief Davis has served in a variety of duty stations to include Naval Security Group Activity Rota, Spain, Navy Recruiting District Minneapolis, Navy Information Operations Command Georgia, and Navy Personnel Command.  During her career she has undergone numerous deployments to Qatar, Turkey, Spain, Italy, and Greece, having completed three aircrew tours accruing more than 3,000 flight hours on the EP-3E in support of Operations Northern Watch, Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, Freedom’s Sentinel, and various overseas contingency operations within the 5th and 6th Fleet Areas of Operations.  Master Chief Davis has held a wide variety of duties, including EP-3E Mission Supervisor, NATOPS Instructor, Recruiter-In-Charge, Technical Language Mentor, Command Language Program Manager, Functional Manager, CTI Senior Detailer, and Senior Enlisted Leader. 
 
In December 2021, Master Chief Davis assumed her current duties as command Senior Enlisted Leader (SEL) at U.S. Navy Information Operations Detachment Korea.  She also serves as the SEL for the Information, Intelligence and Analysis Directorate in support of Special U.S. Liaison Activity Korea. 
 
Her proudest achievements include earning her Information Warfare, Aviation Warfare, and Naval Aircrew designations.  She was advanced to Chief Petty Officer in 2006, Senior Chief Petty Officer in 2013, and Master Chief Petty Officer in 2017.  Master Chief Davis is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy Class 202 (Green Team).  Her personal decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal (two), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three), Navy Achievement Medal (three), Joint Service Achievement Medal, Air Medal (nine Strikes / Flights), and various unit and campaign awards.
