Master Chief Crozier is a native of northeast Oklahoma.  He entered the Navy in 1993 via Recruit Training Command Great Lakes.  After completion of basic training, he attended Data Processing (DP) “A” School in San Diego, Calif.
 
Following advanced training, he reported in 1994 to Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers, Europe in Belgium. After a three-year tour, he reported to Pre-Commisioning Unit Donald Cook (Commissioned DDG 75) in Bath, Maine.  Master Chief Crozier served as Automated Data Processing (ADP), Leading Petty Officer and Operations Department LPO. He was a crewmember during the ships maiden deployment that tasked to be a first responder and primary escort ship following the bombing and recovery of USS Cole when she returned to U.S. sovereign territory.  His final mission on board was providing NORAD an air control picture for the Northeast Corridor and coastal Atlantic region post 9-11.
 
Master Chief Crozier reported in 2001 to Supreme Allied Commander, Atlantic Representative at NATO HQ in Brussels, Belgium. After being selected to Chief Petty Officer in 2002, he completed his tour as Administrative Officer and Registry Supervisor.
 
In 2004, Master Chief Crozier reported to USS Nassau (LHA 4). During this tour he volunteered to serve as an Individual Augmentee (IA), deployed to Djibouti, Africa then was reassigned as the Communications Officer at the United States Embassy in Sanaa, Yemen. In 2007, he was selected for another IA and assigned to Al Asad Air Base in Iraq. As acting N6 to the Commander, Base Command Group, Master Chief Crozier and his team provided IT and communications support for the successful surge effort in the Al Anbar region of Iraq.
 
In 2009, Master Chief Crozier reported as the Communications Director to Commander, Surface Warfare Development Group for a short time before transferring to USS George H. W. Bush (CVN 77) in 2010 as the ADP LCPO.  While on board Bush, he was reassigned as the Main Communications LCPO for the maiden deployment of the GHWB Carrier Strike Group.  In June of 2013 he reported to Surface Combat Systems Center at Wallops Island, Va. serving as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader (SEL).
 
After completing Information Systems Security Manager Training at Dam Neck, Va., Master Chief Crozier reported in 2016 to Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Far East Detachment, Diego Garcia as the SEL. 
 
After graduating from the Senior Enlisted Academy (Brown 205) in 2017, he reported to USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) in July as the Command Material Maintenance Manager, responsible for managing all the non-nuclear preventive, alterative and corrective maintenance supporting the operational readiness of a forward deployed aircraft carrier. 
 
He reported to Naval Network Warfare Command in June of 2021 and was designated SEL in December of 2021.
 
His personal awards include two Joint Service Commendation Medals, three Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, six Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, and nine Good Conduct Medals. Unit awards include the Meritorious Unit Commendation, two Battle Efficiency Ribbons, Navy Expeditionary Medal, three Armed Forces Expeditionary Medals, two Iraq Campaign Medals, two Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medals, and the Global War on Terrorism Medal.
