Mr. Donald “Don” Stoddard

Mr. Stoddard enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1980. After completion of Recruit Training and Radioman “A” School in San Diego, he reported to Commander, Naval Forces Chinhae Korea as a communications operator. His follow-on shore tours include Naval Computer Area Master Station (NAVCAMS) Western Pacific Guam, Naval Ocean Processing Facility (NOPF) Ford Island Hawaii, and Naval Computer Area Master Station (NAVCAMS) Mediterranean Naples, Italy. His sea tours include USS Reeves (CG 24), USS San Jose (AFS 7), USS Safeguard (ARS 50), USS Enterprise (CVN 65), USS Wasp (LHD 1), USS Saipain (LHA 2), and he served in two Command Master Chief tours aboard USS Bulkeley (DDG 84) and USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7).
After retirement in 2010, Mr. Stoddard was employed with Lockheed Martin as the Virginia Beach Field Repair Facility Manager, Naval Computer Telecommunications Area Master Station (NCTAMS) Atlantic Norfolk Va., as the Enterprise Network Management System (ENMS) Program Manager, Commander Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU) as the Joint Task Force J6, and Naval Network Warfare Command (NNWC) as the Nuclear, Command, Control and Communications (NC3) Strategic Monitoring Branch Head. Mr. Stoddard reported to Naval Computer and Telecommunications Center (NCTS) Hampton Roads as the Technical Director in October 2022.
A graduate of Stratford University, Mr. Stoddard holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) credential.
