Chief Warrant Officer Clark is a native of Alaska. He enlisted in the Navy in November 2002 as a Gas Turbine Systems Technician (Mechanical) and cross-rated to Information Systems Technician in 2007. He earned a Master of Science in Cyber Security from State University of New York in 2020. He commissioned through the In-Service Procurement Program in May 2020.
Chief Warrant Officer Clark’s operational assignments include USS Lake Champlain (CG 57) as Engine Room Operator, USS Rushmore (LSD 47) as Communications Watch Officer, USS Howard (DDG 83) as CC Division LCPO, USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49) as OC Division LCPO and USS New Orleans (LPD 18) as Communications Officer.
Ashore, he served as Joint Fleet Telecommunications Operations Center Watch Officer at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS) Naples, Italy, Communications & Cyberwarfare Assessor at Afloat Training Group Norfolk, Va., and N6 Department Head at Tactical Operation Center Sigonella.
Chief Warrant Officer Clark assumed his current duties as Officer in Charge at NCTS Far East Detachment Atsugi in February 2025 where he oversees the Local Network Support Center and Base Communications Office.
His personal decorations include the Navy Commendation Medal (three awards), the Navy Achievement Medal (seven awards), and various unit, campaign, and service awards.
