Cmdr. Condren is a native of Texas. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Trinity University and a Master of Arts in Security Studies from the Navy War College, where he was a member of the Halsey Alfa advanced studies group. He commissioned through Officer Candidate School in September 2006.
Cmdr. Condren’s operational tours include Information Operations Officer Provincial Reconstruction Team Ghazni Afghanistan, Tactical Information Warfare Officer USS Stethem, U.S. 7
th Fleet Deputy N39, and Integrated Fires Officer / Deputy Information Warfare Commander CCSG-9. He has completed six deployments in USCENTCOM and USINDOPACOM.
Ashore, he served in OPNAV N2N6 as Directed Energy Weapons requirements officer, executive assistant OPNAV N2N6 / F3, Chief of Naval Operations Special Projects, and Head of Cyber Plans USEUCOM. He assumed his current duties as Executive Officer Navy Information Operations Command Georgia in October 2024.
