Senior Chief Dalton is a native of Michigan. She enlisted in the Navy in October 2009. After her graduation from Detroit Renaissance High School, she attended Wayne State University in Detroit, majoring in Communications. Following Recruit at Great Lakes, Ill., she went on to Pensacola, Fla., where she attended CTN ‘A’ School, Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC). Her first assignment was at Nay Information Operations Command Maryland.
From 2010 through 2019, she completed tours as a Sustained Access Tool Operator, Digital Network Exploitation Analyst at Special Reconnaissance Team One, in San Diego, Calif., JTF-ARES Mission Lead, and Department Leading Petty Officer at Navy Cyber Warfare Development Group. In 2019 she then transferred to Information Warfare Training Command Pensacola and was assigned to the CTN “A” school as an instructor. In 2019 she was selected for Chief Petty Officer.
Upon selection to Chief Petty Officer, Senior Chief Dalton led the CTN ‘C’ School as the Cyber Mission Force School House LCPO at IWTC Corry Station. While on board, she also led the JCAC schoolhouse as LCPO. Prior to executing orders to Hawaii, she was selected for Senior Chief.
Senior Chief Dalton was assigned as Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of 501 CPT, Navy Information Operations Command Pacific. She went on to fill the role of Senior Enlisted Leader of the Defense Cyber Operations Cyber Protection Teams in the directorate (N9A). Her qualifications and education include EIWS, Master Training Specialist, and Advanced Warrior Toughness Instructor. She achieved her Cyber and Network Security Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland University College.
Some of her personal decorations include Joint Service Commendation Medal (two awards), Joint Service Achievement Medal, Military Outstanding Volunteer Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (two awards), and Navy Good Conduct Medal (five awards).
