Suffolk, Va - NAVIFOR, in its role as the Maritime Operations Center (MOC) TYCOM, recently hosted several members of the Naval Reserve Forces team, including RADM Kenneth Blackmon, Vice Commander of USFF, charged with operationalizing Reserve Component integration at the Operational Level of War. The group discussed the critical role of the Reserve Component in ensuring MOCs are capable and ready for all operational missions from competition to crisis.
