Remembering the Battle of Midway

04 June 2023 Suffolk, Va. -- Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) and U.S. Fleet Cyber Command (FCC) South hosted a Days of Remembrance / Battle of Midway ceremony that marks the 81st anniversary of the Battle of Midway - a pivotal moment in World War II that changed the course of history.

Mr. Mathew Headrick from the Hampton Roads Naval Museum was the guest speaker and provided key insights of the Sailors who gave the ultimate sacrifice during the Battle of Midway.

We honor the brave men and women who fought in this decisive battle and remember their sacrifices for our freedom. Their courage and determination continue to inspire us today.  Join us in celebrating their legacy.
