Welcome Aboard

Welcome Aboard!  Contact the sponsorship coordinators CYBERGRU_ONE_SPONSORSHIP@us.navy.mil and you will be promptly assigned a command sponsor to assist you with your permanent change of station (PCS).  Early and frequent contact with your sponsor will enable us to make your PCS and integration into the command as hassle-free and expeditious as possible.

 

Checking In

New check-ins arriving during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 0800-1400 *excluding Federal Holidays) will report to Admin at BLDG 590 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam Wahiawa Annex with their sponsor in to get their orders stamped.  If you arrive during off duty hours, contact the CDO at 808-226-6130 for check-in, and report to Admin at BLDG 590 the next business day to get orders stamped.

Uniforms

At CG-1, the Navy Working Uniform (NWU) is authorized for all personnel, while Service Dress Whites or the appropriate service uniform (Service Uniform for E1–E6 or Service Khakis for Chief Petty Officers and above) may be worn as the uniform of the day year-round.


 

Transportation

Public transportation, such as buses, offers service around the island of Oahu, including Honolulu and Waikiki Beach.  Ride-share services or taxis from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) generally cost around $20 to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.  Once you arrive at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, your sponsor will meet you and guide you through the check-in process.
