A native of Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, Captain Yudisky graduated from Moravian College where she received a B.S. in biology, and from the Air Command and Staff College where she received a Masters degree in National Security Strategy.
Captain Yudisky entered active service as a Cryptologic Technician (Collection) in 1995 and was later commissioned through Officer Candidate School in November, 1997, as a special duty officer (cryptology), now Cryptologic Warfare Officer. She was designated a Joint Qualified Officer in 2018 following her tour on the Joint Staff.
Assignments have included: Naval Security Group Activity (NSGA) Fort Mead, with the Real-Time Military Analysis Center and Unified Cryptologic Architecture Office; NSGA Denver, as Chief of the Commercial Ship Tracking Cell, Senior Watch Officer for the Aerospace Data Facility, and national systems liaison to the staff of Commander, Carrier Group 2 embarked on USS
Harry S. Truman (CVN 75); Navy Information Operations Detachment (NIOD) Potomac as Officer in Charge and Operations Officer for the Classic Wizard Program; Carrier Strike Group 9 embarked on USS
Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72), as Cryptologic Resource Coordinator for the
Abraham Lincoln Strike Group and Combined Task Force 50; Navy Cyber Warfare Development Group as a Department Head; Hopper Information Services Center Executive Officer; Commander U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/U.S. 10
th Fleet, as a Department Head within the Intelligence Directorate; Deputy Executive Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, Information Warfare (OPNAV N2N6); Joint Staff J39 as a Branch Chief within the Cyber and Electronic Warfare Operations Division; Senior Cryptologic Warfare Officer Detailer; and Deputy Director for the Crypto-Electronic and Cyber Warfare Division at OPNAV N2N6.
Personal awards include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (four awards), Joint Service Commendation Medal, Navy Commendation Medal (three awards), and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (two awards).
