MISSION
Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) optimizes Information Warfare (IW) by delivering IW planning expertise to warfare commanders, centers, and cells and through advanced tactics, techniques, and procedures in assigned mission areas at the individual unit, integrated or advanced, and Joint levels, ensuring alignment with the Information training continuum.

VISION
We are an integrated team that will produce IW tactical experts that provide the Navy standardized advanced training (individual and team) and tactics, techniques and procedures, while looking ahead to accelerate 'cutting edge' IW capabilities in support of operations plans direct warfighting, understanding the global information and operational environments, and dedicated to the mission day-to-day, focused on effectiveness, resilient in action presence operations. Our success is achieved through synchronized operations, empowered by calculated risk and continuous learning.
