ITCM (IW/SW/AW/EXW) Patrick Holden

ITCM (IW/SW/AW/EXW) Patrick Holden was born and raised in Vermont. He graduated from Williamstown High School in 1999 and immediately enlisted in the U.S. Navy attending basic training, followed by Radioman ‘A’ School, at Great Lakes, Illinois.
ITCM (IW/SW/AW/EXW) Holden is an ‘Honor Graduate Award’ and ‘City of Newport Academic Excellence Award’ holder of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy, Class 192. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, a Master of Science in Cybersecurity, and the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
His sea tours include Patrol Squadron Nine (VP-9), USS Blue Ridge (LCC-19), USS Shoup (DDG-86), and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit Eight (EODMU-8). He has served ashore at the Naval War College, Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Europe.
Currently, he is assigned to Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC) as the Acting Command Master Chief.
He has served on teams awarded two Joint Meritorious Unit Citations, the Meritorious Unit Citation, and four Battle Efficiency “E” Awards.
