Mission


Naval Information Operations Command (NIOC) Hawaii/Commander, Task Force (CTF) 1070, is an operational subordinate command of U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/Commander, U.S. 10 Fleet (FCC/C10F) and an administrative subordinate command of Commander, Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR).

NIOC Hawaii provides and deploys trained information warfare officers and enlisted personnel, expertise, and equipment while conducting signals intelligence, information and cyberspace operations for naval surface, sub-surface, expeditionary, special warfare, joint, and Department of Defense forces.
