Volunteering at CWG-6

The mission of the Navy Community Service Program is to help build stronger communities and to develop mission-ready personnel through outreach activities. The program is designed to encourage volunteers to foster a sense of community service and serve as a role model in promoting good citizenship. It also provides sailors an opportunity to give something back to the community where they live and work while at the same time provide support and resources to established programs. There are no pre-existing restrictions or exclusions in joining, however, a strong belief in helping others and a firm commitment to the program is essential. Please contact the public affairs office on how to get involved! 301-677-0860/0476
